Creator brand configs and the pipeline's tuning knobs

Creator configs

Typography, brand colour and slide furniture. These values are read at render time, so a change lands on the next carousel.

Amberamber

Offered on the Generate screen

Active

The words that matter get this colour.

Provisional value

This hex is a placeholder until the client supplies Amber’s brand colour. Colour change is the primary emphasis method, so it drives every highlighted phrase on every slide — worth swapping first.

The casing QC gate enforces this on every cover.

Prints the handle in the slide furniture.

Adds the small 1/7 counter in the corner.

The large "05" the Stack and Badge layouts draw above the copy. Off by default: it counts body slides while the corner counter counts slides, so the two disagreed on the same slide.

Statement carousel length

The slide count the copy engine may pick between when the hook is a statement rather than a list.

Drives every slide

This colour is behind every highlighted phrase Shawn publishes. To recolour one carousel without touching the brand, use the swatches on the review screen instead.

Who can sign in

Only addresses at these domains may hold an account. Subdomains count.

Enforced in the database
  • @alphaaccelerator.net

    Alpha Accelerator team

  • @cavello.club

    Cavello team

Sign-in sends a six-digit code to the address. Delivery depends on the SMTP configured in Supabase — the built-in sender is rate-limited to a handful of emails per hour and is not suitable for daily use.

Your password

Optional. Sign-in codes keep working either way — this only adds the password fallback on the login screen.

Setting a password for fakhar@alphaaccelerator.net. It applies to the account you are signed in as, and nobody else's.

Pipeline settings

The tuning knobs every generation runs against. Each one trades quality for yield in one direction or the other.

55

Photos scoring below this are never offered to a slide. Raise it for a sharper library; raise it too far and the pool empties.

0.55

How closely a photo must match the slide's image descriptor. Higher means tighter relevance and more slides falling back to text-on-brand.

4.5:1

WCAG ratio the copy must clear over its photo. Raising it makes the renderer darken the scrim harder, which hides more of the image.

30 carousels

How many recent carousels a photo sits out before it can be reused. Higher means more variety and a smaller usable pool.

24 px

Padding kept around a detected face when cropping. Larger keeps headroom; too large and the crop ignores the framing the photo was chosen for.

3

The line-count gate fails a cover that wraps past this, and the copy gets re-written shorter.

3
4

Same ceiling for body slides. Lower forces punchier copy; higher risks a wall of text over a photo.

4
2

How many times the pipeline may auto-fix and re-render before it hands the carousel to a human. Higher costs generation time against the 2-minute promise.

2

Also generate the Instagram caption alongside the slides. Off means the export ships images only.

Why work gets rejected

Last 30 days of one-tap reasons. A reason that repeats names the stage to tune.

  • No reason given640%

    reroll copy ×6

Reviewers skipped the reason, so this tells you nothing. Ask for one.

  • Wrong layout533%

    swap image ×5

Tune the variant set — retire or re-weight the layouts being offered.

  • Other320%

    swap image ×3

No stage implicated. Worth reading the notes on those reviews.

  • Weak copy17%

    swap image ×1

Tune the copy prompt; the knobs on this page will not fix it.

Read this as a queue of work, not a scoreboard: the top bar is the stage costing reviewers the most time right now.

156 cached lookups served from 450 stored embeddings. An embedding is a pure function of its text, so every one of those is an identical answer that cost nothing.

Token counts come from the API and are exact. The dollar figures apply a rate table that a human maintains — set GEMINI_PRICE_JSON to match your actual tier. Treat them as a trend, not an invoice.
